1. Booking & Payments

All rides must be booked in advance through our website or mobile app. We provide real-time booking confirmations to ensure accuracy and transparency.

Payment is required at the time of booking using our secure online system. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as approved digital wallets. Prices are displayed before checkout, and no hidden charges will be added without prior notice.

All transactions are processed using encrypted payment gateways to maintain your data security and privacy.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled ride are eligible for a full refund with no penalty.

If you cancel within 24 hours of the ride, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged. This is to compensate for the time slot and resource allocation reserved for you.

Failure to show up without prior cancellation will result in a full charge of the booking amount. We encourage customers to contact us immediately if unexpected changes occur.

3. Passenger Conduct

All passengers are expected to maintain a respectful and cooperative attitude toward our drivers and other staff members.

Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or use of illegal substances inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Any damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger will result in additional charges to cover repairs or cleaning fees.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who behaves aggressively, causes discomfort to others, or violates these guidelines.

4. Service Limitations

While we strive for punctuality, YourCompany is not liable for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather, road closures, or other factors beyond our control.

Drivers may adjust the chosen route if necessary to ensure passenger safety or efficiency of the journey. We will not be responsible for any missed appointments, flights, or other events due to such delays.

5. Lost Items

Passengers are responsible for keeping track of their personal belongings. If you believe you have left an item in one of our vehicles, please contact our support team immediately.

While we will do our best to assist you in locating lost items, YourCompany is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on this page and become effective immediately upon posting.
